At the exhibit, you will:
- Explore how companies around the world have solved their problems and changed the way the world works by tapping into data and analytics.
- Learn practical ways to address your own transformation goals through applied systems thinking.
- Engage in more meaningful dialogue about your own business challenges, and explore new paths and opportunities to meet your goals.
Expect to be inspired by the experience:
- A data visualization wall conveys the mounting challenges cities are facing, such as traffic, pollution and crime, through displays of real-time data on New York City's air quality, solar energy and traffic congestion.
- An immersive film displayed on 40 seven-foot screens relays stories of progress, including space exploration, personalized medicine, digital traffic management and biotechnology.
- Interactive touch screens allow you to explore the ways science and technology have improved the world, as well as the tools and methods used to drive progress.
- A gallery of IBM's top 100 milestones - including the PC, the first computerized airline reservation system, the magnetic stripe and credit cards, and the Apollo Missions -tell the story of big risks, lessons learned and discoveries that have transformed the way we work and live.
The exhibit will showcase, through film and interactive experiences that represent real-life examples and stories, the role of information technology in improving the way the world works -- both in business and society. From using sensors to monitor traffic patterns, to using data about airport scheduling and luggage location to cut down on delayed and misplaced bags, to designing and building systems that improve medical treatment or result in higher yielding crops, the exhibit will inspire you to think about your and your organization's own goals and ambitions.

Each session of the immersive media experience lasts approximately 35 minutes. Please arrive five minutes before session start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
