Storage Solutions Sales Professional
We are seeking sales professionals who will be chartered with finding new clients in an assigned territory for our portfolio of data management and storage solutions. In addition, your compensation and responsibilities will include working with our Account Managers (relationship owners) in identifying, developing and positioning storage solutions in their installed customer base.
This technically savvy individual will have a hunter mentality and willingness to build a new client base in the geography, while also growing the revenue in our established accounts. You will work in collaboration with our business partners to identify, propose and close sales.
Background/Experience:
- 3-5 yrs + relevant sales experience selling in an IT storage solutions environment.
- Infrastructure solutions encompassing SANs, storage virtualization, along with data management life cycle offerings to include; backup/recovery, data protection, data replication, de-duplication and archiving solutions.
- Verifiable track record as a top, or emerging sales performer and leader.
- History of seeking out, targeting and working with Directors of IT, CIOs and IT Managers.
- Success in leading prospect/client executives through the sales cycle and ultimately convincing them of your abilities to meet their needs through your solutions portfolio.
- Specific sales experience and familiarity with data management solutions available from firms such as CommVault, EMC, HP, IBM, NetApp, SunGard, and Symantec.
