Performance Management, which allows customers to understand and manage the performance of their computing environments, includes:

Technologies supporting these capabilities include: GUI, automation, data base, performance data visualization, correlation (establishing the relationships among pieces of data that originate from different sources), decomposition (breaking down a time measurement, e.g., response time, into its components), and standards. Our System Engineers can assist with the Performance Navigator tools and work with a client in determining how best to tune a system.
